This review is specific to the customer service after installation. We had a Generac installed on 7/14/2026, the entire process was fantastic. Until now, 8/15/2026. Power is out. Generac is dead. And I’m told that it’ll be $500 emergency call fee to get someone to look at a month old installation that has less than 12 hours on it. This is RIDICULOUS. I was so impressed with everything A+ had to offer until now when it truly matters. The whole point of the large purchase was so I wouldn’t be sitting here stranded without power, hoping it doesn’t last long enough that my freezer of meat spoils.
